Warehouse

Track every container, ISO tank container and storage tank on your site, every truck that comes and goes, and every item on your shelves. See the whole yard live in 3D, and turn storage days, services and transport into invoices without retyping.

Features

Depots, tank terminals and stock rooms usually run on four separate tools: a depot system, a terminal system, an inventory app and an accounting package. Warehouse puts them in one workspace, next to your clients and invoices. Switch on only the parts you need.

Your yard, live in 3D

The site plan you draw becomes a live isometric view: containers stacked in bays, rows and tiers, storage tanks showing their fill level, and trucks driving to their slot.

No wrong number at the gate

Type an ISO 6346 container number and the check digit is verified at once. A wrong digit is refused and the correct one suggested, so mix-ups stop at the gate.

Tanks that cannot overfill

Record receipts, deliveries, transfers and dip readings. An operation that would pass the safe fill limit is refused, the room left is shown, and a high-level alarm is sent.

Every movement recorded once

Each gate in, move, tank receipt or stock issue is written to a ledger that cannot count it twice, even if someone presses the button again.

Billing without retyping

Storage days, gate moves, cleaning, heating, repairs, throughput, tank rent, transport and detention are priced from your rate card and become a normal NIZU invoice.

Approvals and signatures on a phone

Customers approve a cleaning or repair estimate from a link, without an account. Drivers mark each stop on their phone and the receiver signs on screen.

Scan with any phone

Barcodes, QR labels and unit numbers open the right record at once. Read with AI turns a photo of a label, a plate or a delivery note into text.

EDI with shipping lines

Every gate in and gate out of a partner's units creates a UN/EDIFACT CODECO message, delivered by email, FTP, web address or download, and retried automatically if it fails.

Ask Marvin about the yard

Ask where a container is or how full a tank is, or tell Marvin to gate a unit in. It always asks you to confirm before changing anything.

Four kinds of business, one App

Use one part or all four. They share the same clients, rates and invoices.

Container and ISO tank depot

Gate units in and out, stack them, and track load state, cleanliness, last cargoes and the 2.5-year and 5-year test dates.

Tank terminal

Storage tanks with product, level, temperature and safe fill limit. Receipts, deliveries, transfers and loading of ISO tanks.

Transport

Bookings, trips with pickup and delivery stops, trucks and drivers, proof of delivery with a signature, and the price of every trip.

Inventory

Items in folders, barcodes and QR labels, stock counts, pick lists, purchase orders from low stock, tools checked out to jobs and a monthly stock snapshot.
