NIZU Sign

Send a contract, proposal, estimate, NDA or HR document to be signed online, follow who has signed, and keep the signed copy together with its proof. No separate e-signature subscription and no paying per envelope.

Features

Most e-signature services are separate subscriptions, paid per user and often per text message or extra signer. NIZU Sign is part of your workspace: documents leave from where your contracts and clients already are, and stay in your own database, encrypted, in the EU.

Any PDF, signed online

Upload a PDF of up to 25 MB, add a short message and a date to sign before, and send it to one person or several.

Signing from any phone

People outside your company open a link, read the document, draw or type their signature and sign. They do not need an account.

Identity confirmed for every signer

External signers confirm it is them with a one-time code sent by email. Team members and clients sign inside NIZU with their two-factor code.

Fields where they belong

Drag signature, initials, date, text and checkbox fields onto the pages. The date fills itself in on the day of signing.

The right order, the right role

Have people sign one after the other or all at the same time. Each person signs, approves, or only receives the signed copy.

A history that shows any change

Sent, opened, code confirmed, signed: every step is written to a history in which each line is chained to the one before it, so a later change shows.

Certificate and independent timestamp

The signed PDF comes with a certificate of completion recording who signed, when, from where and how. An RFC 3161 timestamp from a public authority lets a third party prove the date.

Anyone can check a signed PDF

A public page checks a signed PDF on the visitor's own device. Only its fingerprint is sent, and only an unchanged document shows as genuine.

Valid under eIDAS

NIZU Sign creates simple electronic signatures under the EU eIDAS Regulation, used every day for sales contracts, quotes, NDAs, purchase orders and most HR documents. Deeds that require a qualified signature need a qualified provider.

From PDF to signed copy

Four steps, and everyone receives the signed PDF with its certificate.

1

Add

Upload the PDF, write a short message and set a signing deadline. Save documents you send often as templates.

2

Choose

Add the people who sign, approve or only receive a copy, from your contacts, clients or team, and choose the order.

3

Place

Drop the signature, initials, date, text and checkbox fields on the right pages, go through the checklist, and send.

4

Sign

Each person confirms who they are and signs. Reminders go out every 3 days, then everyone receives the signed PDF and the certificate.
